Onboarding New Admins
As you are trained, you'll find that there are a variety of options in IvyQuantum. IQ is a versatile tool and throughout training, you'll discover some best practices for your organization. We recommend keeping a log of your own best practices for onboarding new admins. We will supply you with recordings of all of your calls and training sessions that you can share with new admin users as they come aboard.
Help Your End Users
Users often find it most helpful to be guided to answers using button click workflows, as a part of an introductory message or a Complex Response. Decide (and evaluate using the data from Ivy!) on your introductory workflow and help end users understand how best to communicate with the bot (see example). Additionally, be thoughtful in how you curate your bot’s messages to support your students’ search for information.
Your Bot’s Tone
You will have control over your bot’s tone to ensure it aligns with your institution’s brand. Feel free to update your bots' Complex Responses to include jokes, emojis, your fight song, etc. to create the desired type of engagement with your users.
