Understanding the meetings required during implementation, who should attend, and what to prepare.
Meetings
Your Ivy Project Manager will provide you with a project-specific timeline that will outline every meeting that will need to take place. You will have access to your Ivy Project Manager’s scheduling link for all meetings, so we recommend scheduling these meetings as far in advance as possible to stay on track with your project’s timeline. Also, all meetings will be recorded and distributed, so don’t worry if all parties aren’t able to attend!

Project Baseline
How do you know where you want to go if you don’t know where you’ve been? How will you know when you’ve arrived?
As you refine your goals for implementing Ivy, we strongly encourage you to have an understanding of your baseline data. If one of your objectives for your chatbot is to reduce call and email volume, we need to know how many calls and emails you are currently receiving. Or if you want to reduce the number of students dropped for non-payment by sending proactive SMS nudges, we need to know how many students were dropped in the previous semesters for non-payment.
We can use your pre-Ivy data to measure the performance of your bot and work with you to fine-tune your Ivy deployment to ensure we are meeting your goals.
