Getting comfortable in the Admin Portal and preparing for launch!
IvyQuantum Admin Portal Training
Your IvyQuantum Admin Portal training will be held via Zoom and will be scheduled for 1 hour. In advance of your IQ Admin Portal training, we encourage you to meet with all bot stakeholders and admins to gather any questions or concerns that you are hoping to address. Share these with your Ivy PM ahead of the meeting, and they'll structure the training to ensure those questions are addressed. We will also provide you with supplementary resources following the call, and you will have access to the Ivy Knowledge Base within your IQ Admin Portal, which will be a valuable resource pre and post-launch.
Pre-launch Preparation
To give you guidance and structure for learning how to use the IQ Admin Portal, We've build a checklist of items you should know how to do in IvyQuantum. You should also be prepared to set aside some time to practice specific skills you will need to be well-versed for our Skills Assessment check-ins. Organizations that are able to go through the resources and learn how to use our portal end up with a more effective chatbot launch. You will also get more out of our skills assessment check-ins since you will have questions from your practice using the IQ Admin Portal. If you aren't ready to work with your bot during the week identified in your timeline, please say something! We can adjust it to a different two-week block that better aligns with your calendar.
