Our final recommendations for testing.

For the best results, follow these best practices when asking questions to your bot:
  1. Ensure that your team is present for the IvyQuantum Admin Portal training session or that they watch the recording to better familiarize themselves with the tools at their disposal.
  2. Your team should know the answers to the questions they’re asking the Chatbot. This allows them to edit or add the appropriate response for the bot.
  3. Prioritize asking questions that end-users are most likely to ask.
  4. While you can install the bot script on an internal testing site to observe the bot’s behavior, we recommend using the Testing Simulator provided in the IQ Admin Portal.
