For the best results, follow these best practices when asking questions to your bot:- Ensure that your team is present for the IvyQuantum Admin Portal training session or that they watch the recording to better familiarize themselves with the tools at their disposal.
- Your team should know the answers to the questions they’re asking the Chatbot. This allows them to edit or add the appropriate response for the bot.
- Prioritize asking questions that end-users are most likely to ask.
- While you can install the bot script on an internal testing site to observe the bot’s behavior, we recommend using the Testing Simulator provided in the IQ Admin Portal.
